The “Dynamic Communication™ Workshop” is a half-day program designed to help people achieve a greater degree of success in life and work.  This workshop will open your eyes to a new way of viewing yourself and others and will allow you to discover how to communicate more effectively based on the DISC behavioral model.

Behavioral research suggests that the most effective people are those who understand themselves and others. “The more one understands their personal strengths and weaknesses coupled with the ability to identify and understand the strengths and weaknesses of others, the better one will be able to develop strategies to meet the demands of the environment. The results will be success on the job, at home or in society at large.” (Universal DISC Language)

What is DISC?

DISC, is the universal language or observable human behavior. DISC is the universal language of “HOW” you do what you do. There are four dimensions:

D – Dominance: How you approach and respond to problems and challenges and exercise power

I – Influence: How you interact with and attempt to influence others to your point of view

S – Steadiness: How you respond to change, variation and pace of your environment

C – Compliance: How you respond to rules and procedures set by others and to authority.

DiSC Communication Training Objectives

  • Understand the benefit of applying a behavioral communication model
  • Realize your own behavioral design – how you come off to others
  • Learn to identify behavioral styles
  • Recognize, understand and appreciate others’ behavioral design
  • Adapt your style to meet the communication needs of your audience, to enhance communication, understanding and relationships

Each attendee will be given a TTI Success Insights Behavioral assessment and receive an in-depth workbook that provides a great resource for learning and understanding the language of DISC. This workbook will help attendees learn how to recognize, understand and apply the DISC behavioral model for better communication.
